We offer complimentary size exchange to unworn and in original packaging.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Orders that are submitted online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled.
RETURNS: Our return policy is once an item is delivered to you, you can return that item within 14 days of delivery. Product(s) eligible for a return, must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to gift cards, and worn or damaged goods. These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
After your return is received by Lightship Brands, LLC, We will notify you that we have received your returned item and reply with the appropriate information and tracking data.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to make an exchange for such items, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reply with instructions on how to proceed.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
